We created some videos with the Glamour effect, but when we import them to a Mac, the effect is not retained. The only method that seems to work is connecting the Osmo Pocket to a smartphone via the DJI Mimo app, downloading the videos with the Glamour option enabled, and then transferring them from the phone to the PC via cable.

This process feels quite cumbersome. Are there any simpler alternatives?

Hi there, thank you for bringing this to our attention! We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please try the following steps to troubleshoot this issue.

1. If you need the video to be recorded  in HLG mode with Glamour Effects: We advise  to disable Glamour Effects before export, download the original footage, and then apply the Glamour Effects.

2. For videos shot in D-Log M mode: Select "Color Recovery", select "Glamour Effects", and then export the videos.

3. For videos shot in Normal mode, you can select "Glamour Effects" in DJI Mimo and then export the videos.
