Phantom 4 Smart Controller screen issues

My Smart Controller touch screen isn’t responding to any touch. After powering down and back up, nothing. Turning the screen off and back on, nothing. Holding the tablet power button, I’m given the notice that “Your tablet will reboot” but can’t complete the reboot without being able to touch “ok”

Any ideas on a hard reset with only the buttons on the controller working and not option to touch the tablet screen?
