Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Could you try the device and computer connection export method? Please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure that the smartphone adapter is removed, power on the product, and connect the USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the product.
Thats what I did as written above - same behavior. I did run a file recovery on the SD Card and finally found the files. However, they have the wrong Date (something like 1.1.2000) but at least I have the videos now. There was something going wrong after the firmware update. |
