I have a weird issue. I did record some videos the last days. then updated the OP3 with the new firmware. Did some more videos and now I wanted to copy them to my Windows PC using a card reader.
However, I only can see the videos before the firmware update. So I inserted the card back to OP3 and there I can see and play the recent videos. Ao I connected the OP3 for file transfer through USB-C - but it is same as through my card reader.
So the videos are there - somehow - but I cant access them outside of the OP3.
I already checked if the are hidden/have system attribute and I did run chkdsk on the card with no errors.
Any ideas how to copy the videos to my PC? I will format the SD card afterwards in OP3 to male sure all is good.

It is a fast sandisk card and filesystem is exFAT. Never had issues.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Could you try the device and computer connection export method? Please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure that the smartphone adapter is removed, power on the product, and connect the USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the product.

2. The device will ask you if you want to connect to a computer, then select “Accept”.

3. The product will appear as a flash drive on your computer. Then open the drive.

4. Video and photos are located in the DCIM folder. Then you can copy your videos or photos to your computer.

Hope this helps!

Thats what I did as written above - same behavior. I did run a file recovery on the SD Card and finally found the files. However, they have the wrong Date (something like 1.1.2000) but at least I have the videos now. There was something going wrong after the firmware update.

Hi there. Thank you for your response. Please format your microSD card and check if the issue persists. If it does, kindly provide us with a picture of the microSD card for further assistance.
