Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Just to confirm, are you asking if it's possible to connect multiple Action devices to a single device using the Mimo app simultaneously? If so, we are sorry that the DJI Mimo App does not support connecting to multiple devices at the same time. To connect to a different Action 4, you'll need to disconnect the current camera and then connect the new one. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our online service, you could also visit : https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav.
OK, in the Mimo iPhone app, having clicked on the camera icon at the bottom of the screen, a list of all nearby Action 4 cameras appears. I click on "Connect" for the first camera which I want to position etc and then I'd like to see an equivalent "Disconnect" button which would then return me to the earlier list of nearby devices allowing me to connect to another Action 4 in the list - and so on. This may seem a bit obscure to many because the vast majority of your customers will only have one device. However, as mentioned in my original post, these cameras lend themselves to usage in many area where it is impractical to install larger cameras. I get the impression that your developers never considered the possibility that people might want to have more than a single camera. This assumption actually hinders your sales. Why not introduce this "Disconnect" button and thereby facilitate more than one simultaneous view with your otherwise excellent range of cameras? |
