Hello. I now have three Action 4 cameras which I use along with conventional camcorders in theatre environments. A great combination! I particularly chose the Action 4s so I can put them in otherwise difficult and yet discreet positions near the stage BUT, sometimes when I set them up, I can't actually see either of the little screens. That's where the Mimo app is SO helpfiul allowing me to see exactly what's going on and to point the devices precisely.
However, once I have finished setup for one of them and want to move to another, currently I'm having to kill the app to get back to the screen where I can chose the next device I want to work with. Is there not a simple "Disconnect Device" option so that Mimo would then allow me to select the next device of interest to me? Maybe there is and I'm simply missing it? Thanks for your help, much appreciated.

In fact it's worse than that: I have to actually turn off the device I've just set up to stop the Mimo app from only showing that device. I really want to be able to connect to the first, do setup, disconnect the first, connect to the second and so on. Surely there must be a simple way to do this?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Just to confirm, are you asking if it's possible to connect multiple Action devices to a single device using the Mimo app simultaneously? If so, we are sorry that the DJI Mimo App does not support connecting to multiple devices at the same time. To connect to a different Action 4, you'll need to disconnect the current camera and then connect the new one.  If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our online service, you could also visit : https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav.

OK, in the Mimo iPhone app, having clicked on the camera icon at the bottom of the screen, a list of all nearby Action 4 cameras appears. I click on "Connect" for the first camera which I want to position etc and then I'd like to see an equivalent "Disconnect" button which would then return me to the earlier list of nearby devices allowing me to connect to another Action 4 in the list  - and so on. This may seem a bit obscure to many because the vast majority of your customers will only have one device. However, as mentioned in my original post, these cameras lend themselves to usage in many area where it is impractical to install larger cameras. I get the impression that your developers never considered the possibility that people might want to have more than a single camera. This assumption actually hinders your sales. Why not introduce this "Disconnect" button and thereby facilitate more than one simultaneous view with your otherwise excellent range of cameras?

Thank you but as a general rule your developers should always bear in mind that movement within an application in any particular direction should usually be balanced with a feature to move in the opposite direction ie, to go back gracefully to where one was. For now I have to kill the app and go into Settings, WiFi, to disconnect the camera before moving on to the next camera. Very inelegant, I think you'd agree. Anyway, thanks for doing what you can to get this type of feature added.
