My new Neo is not connecting to dji fly app.

After pressing 3 seconds the power button the app can't connect to the dron.
The wifi network isn't listed in the wifi list in my phone.
App reinstalled
Phone and dron resstarted
Nothing. Phone Model OnePlus Nord 2T 5G

With my working phone works perfectly. But I vannot use it. But connects perfectly.

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. Please try the below steps given which may be helpful:

1. Please clear the mobile phone cache and ensure that the mobile phone has enough storage available (10G or more is recommended). Hard restart the mobile phone.

2. Check the App version, if the app is not the latest version, then it is recommended to update the app to the latest version. Download from the official website(Android).

3. Please clear cache from the app itself for testing. Please remember to back up App data (if required).

4. Cross test with another compatible mobile device to check whether it is caused by the compatible issue.

2. The mobile device model and system version.
3. Provide a video showing the issue.
4. Provide the time of the issue occured.
5. Exported crash log.
6. If the mobile device is Android, please export the bug report extra.

I think you need to press the drone power button,  when the drone is on, for 4 seconds until the drone starts beeping. If you have a vpn running you need to switch off before pairing.
