Thank you for your response and for providing the details regarding my repair request. I have already received a case number for my unit, and I appreciate the assistance so far.
However, I noticed that the shipping address provided is in France, which is quite far from my location in Spain. Upon checking the DJI website, I found that there are three authorized service centers in Spain. Is it possible for me to choose one of these service centers to ship my unit for repair instead of sending it to France? This would be much more convenient for me.
