i want to start doing real estate photography and i was wondering if the Matrice 4 is not suited for it, a good choice, or straight up overkill. i get that the zoom on the cameras might be a bit much but what i want to know is the camera quality on it. when i tried to shearch it up onlline about the camera my results were everywhere. i saw results that said it was 12 mp 20 mp and 48mp. what is it really. also which would be better for real estate photography the air 3, which i already have and love, or the matrice 4. of course i would start with my air 3 becuase i already have it. but is it worth the upgrade to the M4?

In general the enterprise lineup is not for photography -> nice looking pictures for "in the books". It's more about inspection, mapping and SAR where the data has to be quickly captured and truth to the reality.

The M4 has a ton of functionality you don't really need for real estate photography at a MUCH higher price point. It is in a whole different category than the Air 3. If you need a drone that is more weather resistant, or has features like RTK or the rangefinder, then you might consider the M4. Or if you need to do mapping. But otherwise the Air 3 will work or you could find another consumer grade drone and save a lot of $$.

I don't consider the Matrice a good choice  to do real estate photography, is is thought for other kind of operations. Save your money and buy a Air/Mavic or even a Mini
