After 3 months of multiple crashes and pure stupidity on my part, the Neo was holding it's own. Am still amazed at the abuse it took from me and still kept going. Flew through a stool set up in my house and barely grazed one of the legs when going under it. Managed to hit the camera/gimble perfectly vertical (ouch!) and broke a mount. Thought of Bigplump's post about popping back in place with a popsicle stick, but alas, no such luck. This happened last Friday, I put in a on-line service request that same night and used refresh express. Got a UPS shipping label about 30 mins after request to return product. Dropped off the broken Neo on Saturday morning to UPS and received a brand new Neo today! What an incredibly easy and intuitive process! Am so glad I purchased the refresh plan. Thank you DJI!
PS. Was so happy to get replacement drone that I flew in Manual Mode for the very first time (with attitude limit still on) and didn't crash (frigging amazing!). I'll post a video clip if/when I figure out how to use the editors...
