By Profession I am a Surveyor and Realised how useful the little DJI Neo could be as a Surveying tool on building and all sorts of other things

I never imagined you were a surveyor. It seems we share the same profession.

Yeah, that must be nice with the goggles on.

I think the goggles make all the difference and also the fact that you have almost zero worries about hitting a prop you can concentrate on the Surveying task. The only main issue is if it is windy

Yeah, I can see how that would work.
But wind is a problem yes. Especially here in NL where wind is almost always present.

Nice video, BP.  Have a pontoon on a small lake we live on and used Neo to “survey” how much snow had accumulated on the boat/cover (after a big storm).  Easy to do from our back deck and let me know I needed to go clear some off as canvas cover was drooping badly.

Yes simple little inspections like that can be very useful. Just from making my instruction video posted in the Original Post I can see several jobs that need doing lol

Yes use mine to check that my neighbours roofer did a decent job and use it all the time to check out winter climbs and snowcover for skiing. It's also fantastic for aerial archiology, finding old roads and settlements. Great bit of kit when it's not windy!!!

Certainly easier uing the Neo and MC I suppose. I've been using my Mini 2s to check my roof and gutters since I bought them.
