Yikes!  I always dreaded when they would say hail in the forecast.  Once while stationed in the Chicago area my car got pelted by hail and it left dents all over the car.  That event turned out to be a nightmare with the insurance company.  Lesson learned, move car inside if there is even a remote chance of hail.

Hail here is usually very sedate,  if its the size of a pea it's rare.

I wish they were that small here.  We usually get ping pong size but Colorado just got some the size of softballs.

Im pleased we don't,    we don't really do extreme weather here fortunately,  we specialise in bland and grey.

Here in the US we experience a wide range of severe weather events, including hurricanes, tornadoes, thunderstorms, floods, droughts, wildfires, heatwaves, and cold waves.  Keeps you from having to experience them.

My Sunday walk was in a place I'd never visited before - even though quite close.
Mrs'B is resting, too.
