Pocket 3 Gimbal issue: rotate to the right when start recording

I have an issue with my dji osmo pocket 3. It will always rotate to the right, until the gimbal reach the end when I start recording. I have done factory reset, calbration. i have no idea what has happened to it. Anyone face this issue before? I suspect its the joypad issue. but when it is not recording, i can move the gimbal left or right using joypad. once i start recording, the gimbal will auto rotate to the right until it reach the end. I can force it to rotate to the left for a while, but it wont stop rotating to the right. I can double press the joypad to recentre it. Please help
