It is perhaps nice the first time if you haven't read the manual, but after that the constant popping up guides when starting e.g. Active track, Panorama, Quick shot etc. is only annoying.  Appearing as text where you have to click Next or OK, or a picture obscuring you screen selection.

Does anyone know how to turn if off?  I seem to be unable to find anything in the setting, but may of course have overlooked something.
