Hi, i'm very frustrated about what I think is a major issue: the systematic NO SIGNAL warning message.
I'm getting this very frequently, when I'm out and ready to fly i power up RC and aircraft and although dji go says aircraft connected i get no video. I have to power cycle both RC and aircraft several times to get video signal, this is a huge problem! It happens every time I go out to fly and i lose almost half an hour trying to reestablish full communication. DJI MUST SOLVE THIS ASAP!
I'm using nexus 6 with Android 6 marshmallow but I got this problem also on lollipop.

unplug the usb and plug it back in and let the app regain the token

I've tried this with no results.. May I had no waited for not enough time?

i have the same issue with my new phantom.  try powering up bird first and waiting until you hear the last sound that it will make before powering on the RC

Some have said to try a new/different USB cord.  I have not had the problem but many have come back and swear that it worked.  Good luck


PS. Are you still wasting time priming you smart batteries?  Don't.

No for me it's different... in the upper part i got NO SIGNAL and i have blank screen both in the preview if i choose map or in the main if i choose the camera view.

I also had a high quality micro usb cable awg 20 and it's the same.This cable has thicker wires that improve signal quality but with no result relating to this issue

Same issue here on New PSA
