Cannot seem to find one of those Carbon Fiber Flat plates that goes across the landing legs on a Phantom 1.

They are a dime a dozen for the P3, but surely there had to be one for the P1 somewhere?

I don't know about carbon fiber but 3D printing has a lot of different options.  I've gotten some decent stuff from Shapeways before.

I solved the issue by ordering a carbon fiber cross plate for the P2 and modifying it to fit.

Good idea on your work-around.
