Hello

I've assembled a Phantom 2 with the following components:

DJI Phantom 2 V2.0 + H3-3D + GoPro Hero4 Black
ImmersionRC 600mh 5.8ghz + DJI iOSD mini + Black Perl rc801 Diversity Monitor
Fatshark ImmersionRC SpiroNet 5.8GHz RHCP Antenna TX RX Set

I'm getting real poor range on my video feed, usually no more than 100-200m, even outdoors in the country. I'm new to all of this, but I'm pretty sure that something is not working optimally as other people with the same setup are getting 1+km ranges.

I'm wondering if my problem is antennas. Mine are the kind with the black cap. Did I get the wrong ones? Should I have gotten the LHCP antenna set, the white ones?

Any help appreciated.

What happens if you go back to the stock antennas?

The stock antennas don't seem to perform much better or worse.

You should use the white ones with the mushroom top.
