I've never seen anything other than sheer horror stories when someone sends a drone into DJI for repairs. People don't talk about days or weeks, when talking about repairs, they talk about months.
Have you sent your drone back to DJI?
What was the issue and how long did the repairs take?

How much did you end up being charged, even though drone was under warranty?

Because I'm a relatively new owner, these are things that I'm curious about.  Any feedback?

I read a few of the stories about not getting back what they sent in for repair and not in good condition. Last month I accidently crashed into a pole and fell about 25 feet to the ground. I did have prop guards on and that saved the shell from damage but it keep making this loud beeping sound that would not stop. The camera was broke and I replaced that didn't stop the beeping. So I decided to take a chance and send it to DJI for repair. Before I sent it in was to place labels on the P3P and the transmitter ( RC ) with my name and phone number on them just to see if I get back what I sent in and in good condition. I got everything back that I sent in. Labels untouched and very clean condition also. Now if the shell would need replaced they would have told me I'd hope at least listed on the repair bill. Total time of repair was 2 and half weeks not bad. I don't know if this will ease your mind but my repair turned ok. After the crash it turned out that the main board on the P3P got damage. The accident was my fault so I had to pay for the repair.
