I purchased an iPad Mini 2 and it works great with my Phantom 3 BUT the videos saved to the DJI Go. I can play them through DJI Go but I can't figure out how to transfer or save them to my computer. I use the USB cord to connect the iPad Mini to the computer and open it in Windows but it says no videos. I pushed allow & still no videos - they are "trapped" in the DJI Go app. Please help!

Prob the easiest thing to do is to remove the SD card from the gimbal mount on the heli and plug it into your computer, you will prob need an micro-SD TO SD adapter.  Work your way through the folder structure to the folder named 100Media and your vids will be in there.

also considers that the video save in your device is not in native resolution (4k or HD1080) but is an copy of 720p
if you want save the videos to the native resolution, you must transfer the file to the SD on your PC
