I have 2 Sandisk 64GB Extreme  Pro cards that worked fine in my Phantom 3, but will not work in my Inspire 1.  I was told in another forum that there is an issue with 64gb cards with the inspire.  When I used the 64 gb cards, after 4 minutes of flying, I noticed the slider was switching back and forth from video to photo on the app.  The inspire 1 was unable to format the card.  Formatted both cards in PC fine, then put into Inspire and it formatted the cards, but same would happen after about 4 minutes again.

So I tried the 16gb card that came with the inspire and al is well.

Why don't my 64GB cards work?

I use the Lexar 633x 64gb with no issues.

It must be something wrong with your cards. I use Sandisk Extreme and Samsung Pro cards, 64Gb, with no problems.

I too use Samsung pro 64 gig with no problems. You probably have a bad card or a fake card and the inspire is more sensitive to it than the phantom perhaps.

I use the SanDisk Extreme Plus UHS-1 32 and 64 chip with no issues

It in over 8 months. The guys cover it all. Might be a fake card or card might be bad. That's all

Same. Zero issues with a SanDisk Extreme Pro 64GB card.

I had the same issue, decided to send the memory cards to samdisk, and the were damaged, they replaced them with no trouble.
