Osmo only have this blue screen problem for the resolution 4K 4096*2160 24P. If you have this problem for the other resolutions, please send the original files in the SD card and contact the dealer or DJI technical support for repair or replacement.

Then your Osmo might have a hardware issue, please contact your dealer or DJI technical support for repair or replacement.

I did contact Dji Technical  support, The return Of The Osmo was accepted and waiting  y for a new one !!!
The Dji support answered me very quickly...

Creo que DJI debe corregir el problema con el joystick de Osmo, ya que la cámara se mueve solo horizontal ó solo vertical, pero nunca en ambos al mismo tiempo, y solo es posible desde go app. Otro problema que debe corregir es grabar con resolución UHD: 4K (4096 x 2160) 24/25p, ya que al seleccionar que osmo grabe a UHD: 4K (4096 x 2160) 24/25p el Osmo se traba, o se reinicia con pantalla azul.... algún otro problema que crean necesario corregir?

You mean you have all the N/A for the camera OSD? Please try to restart and reset the camera setti ...

En ocasiones formateando la memoria directamente desde osmo, puede que corrija ese detalle.

Hi, the former problem of blue screen in 4K 4096*2160 24fps setting has been fixed in the latest FW version, if you've tried to upgrade the FW but still could not solve it, I'm afraid it may not be the same issue, so could you please describe the problem you're facing to us again?

*BUMP* ..

Had this problem this morning when flying.  

I was running on my ipad which, I just flashed and is running ios 9.2.1 and the latest version of DJI go. Upon trying to record ANY video or take a photo the app will momentarily crash (or flicker) the DJI logo will appear and then the video feed will return. I rebooted my ipad, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset the video settings, formatted the SD.
No beuno.

When I got home, I tested the video functionality with my iphone which is running 9.2 and there was no problem recording video at any resolution (or taking pictures).. this appears to be a problem with my ipad only and perhaps is related to the latest version of the software. When I get home I'm going to try rebinding the controller to the ipad and see if that makes a difference.

But just to reiterate this is clearly a software issue as it completly works with my iphone (ios 9.2) and not with my ipad (ios 9.2.1) both are running the same version of DJI Go. Also just to restate...I have already rebooted the ipad(restored it completely to factory settings) and installed the DJI GO app, I've re-formatted the SD.

How about trying a high-quality Joyoshare Screen Recorder? The problem may be caused by the high space occupation of 4K video. With this mentioned tool, it's available to change resolution, codec, frame rate, and more in an advanced mode. Also, it can record in high quality.
