Well after three months in the repair shop in Germany my drone was returned, with the Gimbal going ballistic, so today after the drone was collected for repair last week I've been sent a quote as told.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Unfortunately your unit cannot be repaired under warranty.
Please find enclosed the invoice/quotation for the required repair.
We would like to inform you, that the repair will be carried out after receipt of the payment.
so you can imagine how impressed I am this morning.
