Been asked to pay again for a repair

1st posted on the wrong forum.


Well after three months in the repair shop in Germany my drone was returned, with the Gimbal going ballistic, so today after the drone was collected for repair last week I've been sent a quote as told.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Unfortunately your unit cannot be repaired under warranty.

Please find enclosed the invoice/quotation for the required repair.
We would like to inform you, that the repair will be carried out after receipt of the payment.



so you can imagine how impressed I am this morning.

Well had my drone back working, only managed a small couple of test flights but i'm very happy to she it back again. thanks for the quick turn around.  and thanks for all the effort in sorting the mistake out DJI.  Jase
