Hi everyone, i got my Osmo last night and follwed all set up procedures and even watched video set up. my Osmo is not going pass activate screen. when i press next it keeps going back to the same set up screen( activation) at time s the screen goes away. there were also times where i can enter camera view but will only show blue screen. called company where i got this from and they're sending a replacement but i'm covering a wedding tomorrow and really wanted to use this baby. thanks in advance. also, i've tried 3 phones 5s, 6 and 6 plus all have the same response.

thanks sent mine back and bought a new one. new one i have h]=now have issues waking up

Could you please provide more details? Do you mean that you can't power on the Osmo? Does the fan working after you powering it on?
