I ordered 10/11 and had received no word. I wanted my Osmo before the 10th of November for a function. I Live Chatted with DJI last night, 11/5. They told me I was scheduled to ship mid-November. I told them I would like to cancel my order with them and order from a dealer. Their response was that they recommend buying from a dealer and not from them, if that tells you anything about their own order fulfillment confidence. They did promptly cancel the order and I turned around and placed one with Multicopter. I paid for priority overnight shipping, only to get a scheduled delivery for 11/9. |
