i use an ipad mini with my phantom 3 RC - is there a way to link the mini to an ipad 2 via bluetooth so as to use the iPad 2 as a second monitor?

It is my understanding of Apple devices that this isn't possible suing BT. iOS devices can send video over BT but I think only OS X devices will mirror the live video to a second monitor.
