I have probably the fist osmo in France....
After 3 hours of test (recharged batterie).... impossible to power on the osmo !!!!!
Only the fan of the cam turning.....
I ll post shortly a video in youtube..
Any suggestion ??

Put  a video here , let me see the problem.
1. Can't power on the OSMO, How does the system LED and the camera LED flash?
2. Is the gimbal limp?3. Can you connect to the WIFI and get video？

i have done :
- download the last  firmware and put it on the sdcard
- press the trigger and the 2 buttons while power on the osmo (that reset the osmo ?? )

after that, the osmo looks like fully wiped and reset.

Can use it like before...

There is no firmware currently available for download for you to put on to the SD card. What firmware are you trying to install?

You need to go through the activation process via the app in order to use the Osmo for the very first time.

So.. i tried to use the app..but this app said that my batterie need to be charged @ minimum 50%.... I charged it during 10 hours... reinstall the app.. same message.
So i fund on my mobile device where the DJOgo app stored the bin file (OSMO_FW_V01.00.01.19.bin).
I have put that file on the SD card of the OSMO ...
and reboot it.
The osmo install itself the bin file.... and .. that it !

So I think you are saying that you fixed it by pulling the .bin file from the app install and putting it on the card that you installed in the camera correct? I am only asking because my Osmo is doing the exact same thing you described and it did it after using the battery once. I shot a few things with it, checked out the footage, then formatted the card (via the pc, not the app) and not it will not power on, just the fan on the camera turns.

I am going to try your fix! :-)

Hi, pocketpc. I am DJI after-sales technical support, Candice. So now you OSMO can work normally after firmware upgrade except the app reminds the battery needs charged, is that SO?

Hi I had the same problem as you, my Osmo and unresponsive to light any led.
ves and the modernization of frimwer nor work.
any idea?

It looks as that the OSMO, needs to keep the firmware in the sd card, and when yo formatted the card it was erased. Try erasing files without formatting

Hola no he "formatting" la tarjeta solo he puesto el archivo  "bin" en la  sd.

Salut Pocketpc (drôle de nom ;),  au bout de combien de temps as-tu reçu ton osmo? je l'ai commandé le 14/10 et toujours rien. Connais-tu des distributeurs de ce produit, car j'aimerai acheter des batteries de secours, mais en ne passant pas par ce site car leurs délais de livraison est une grosse arnaque!

Bonjour.. oui dorle de nom . J etais l un des premiers a commander l osmo chez www.dronevolt.com . Pas bcp de personnes sont livrées car DJI livre au compte goute. DJI en direct c est juste pire..... Si tu es en région parisienne.....www.dronevolt.com !  Sinon.... je ne sais pas...

Merci pour ta réponse, j'attends juste maintenant d'être enfin livré, mais c'est quand même un gros foutage de gueule. Pour encaisser l'argent bizarrement ils sont très rapide, mais pour expédier il n'y a plus personne.
Sinon, tu en es content? ça marche bien?

CA marche pas mal. bon..c est de la 4K.. mais avec une cam de base.  J ai aussi une X5. J attend le moment ou on pourra coller la X5 dessus !
