i follow all the instruction/video in youtube but my pv2+ cant connect to pc.. i tried many times downloading and uninstalling the assistant software still doest work.. but if i connect it to get my pics i can connect it and i can get my pics or trans it to my pc.. but updating  i cant do it pls help me!!! thank you guys!!

Did you download and install the windows drivers?

When you say you connected ok to get your pics, I assume you connected to the USB port on the gimbal, the main update port for the phantom is at the front under a little rubber cover. As shown in the manual.

@ gerry1124 yes i downloaded the windows drivers and its workiong properly the prob is i cant connect to my phantom... the blue and red indicator wont light...

@hohnwarr yes under the phantom name ...the prob is i cant locate it .. it cant connect .. but if i go  to get my pics to under socket its working but if i go for update the other socket it wont work

* Download the Firmware via Assistant software; the software only supports Windows XP or above (32bit/64bit). i downloaded this...

And you need the WIN Drivers found on the same download page

please power on mc and connect to pc via usb? what is mc???

Depending on what assistant you are running, if RC it will be the transmitter, if PT2 it will be the Phantom.
