At the same mail DJI europe responds Netherlands and Germany,
1) The Netherlands, invites me to send the P3A warranty at their headquarters in the Netherlands.
2) Germany, I invite you to send the P3A in escrow at the Italian seller that will ship in Germany, if I send directly in germany I have to pay even if the P3A is under warranty.
Who can explain this ?????
