It appears that I am only able to operate the OSMO control functions when the iPhone is in the portrait configuration, when in the landscape mode none are operative. Is this a known problem or am I missing something?  Whilst there are limitations on auto rotation with some aps, the iPhone calculator display does rotate and this would suggest that the iPhone is sensing orientation. Whilst I am able to operate with the iPhone in the portrait mode, it does not fit into the holder in this configuration and the image is too small to be of much use.

Swipe up from the bottom of the IPhone for the control center. The top row is airplane, WiFi, Bluetooth, do not disturb and screen lock. Check to see if the screen lock is ON. If it is turn it OFF.

if u lock the orientation. iphone sets all portrait-landscape supported app PORTRAIT.

u can use touch assist to turn the screen after u lock the orientation.

We will provide fast landscape lock in future version.

You are not alone, the bug within DJI Go App somehow results in a forced orientation to portrait... For Osmo uses (and for Drone pilots) this is highly un-usable... I've adressed this as well, hopefully they get this nasty bug out quickly.

It is now working correctly, but I don't know what has changed!

disable ios rotation lock, but lock orientation on the app itself from DJI.... where on earth this is logical. But it'll have to do for now.

Why don't you try following these steps to rotate your iPhone display?
