Same problem, and not very happy with the quality, the image is too soft.... Very far from a gh4 !!! any advice ?

Hello, the gimbal sound and shaky footage is a faulty gimbal and needs to be replaced by DJI. Ask for RMA they had a bad batch of cameras in the beginning. As for the soft focus, if you shoot in dog raw plus do a proper calibration it does great. It does have a more cinematic look than the over sharp x3. I'm here if you need additional help
