Call B&H thats what i did after 2 weeks of waiting and decided to buy the Osmo with the X3 since my inspire X3 is not compatible yet!

I initiated a live chat with DJI and the process only took a few minutes. Have your order number ready. When initiating chat, it only gave two options, I selected the P3P option and it worked just fine.

Read the other posts about dealing with direct sales from DJI very carefully. Their experiences are not encouraging. Consider purchasing from a dealer that has good customer service like B&H.
