Hi,

I have problem with my DJI Osmo.

After using 10-15 min I see led is blinks red twice and gimbal don't work good.  


I made movie with this issue:

If it happens after using it for 5-10 minutes ( I assume its OK before this ), have you checked the fan is working, maybe the Osmo is overheating.. The light flashing twice like that just means "camera error" so could be many things.

Is the problem persists and have you applied ticket for the issue?

I had the same issue on my first unit, it just over heat. Returned and get a new unit. Problem solved.

Hi, please try to cool down the device first, then restart the OSMO and see if the problem persist. Please check if the fan works after turning it on. And if the fan stopped working, then it's the hardware issue, and you can contact the technical support for an exchange.
