HI Store

I ordered a few accessories 19-10-15 and everything was listed as being in stock.. Today I see that two items are listed as "Out of Stock" ( Extension Rod and Vehicle Mount ). Does that mean that my order will be delayed further or will it be fllfilled within the timeframe?

Spoke with them yesterday, I have 3 orders for batteries and one tripod done on 10/14, she said 'possibly' it would be shipped out next week. She wasn't sure about that either hence the word 'possibility' and 'maybe' were repeated over and over. So yeah, I think there may be a delay.

Oh by the way if you are only looking for spare batteries, the multichopper warehouse have them. I ordered 2 batteries two days ago they were already shipped out yesterday.

Cheers dude..I have a feeling there might also be a delay.. I'm in the UK so could get batteries from UK retailers but I'm more interested in the extension rod that batteries

Since the UK got bummed in-terms of Osmo stock to begin with and waited much longer than most of the World, I am thinking it might well go the same way as that did.. Don't think stock goes out in order or purchase but rather by country..

DJI dealers order and pay for large orders ahead of time.
This sucks up a lot of product but makes it easy for us to get
things locally.  I saw that some stuff was out of stock so I pre-orderd
from a local shop.  It will be interesting to see when it shows up.

I purchased the Osmo with accessory kit  it was a package deal on Amazon. I also purchased an extra battery. Using my Amazon reward points I was able to get it for a cheaper price. Anyway, all of it has shipped. I've learned from drone purchases in the past to never order directly from DJI

Any answer from DJI Store on this?

Hi, sploodge, I'm sorry for the late response. You have ordered many spare parts and OSMO extension rod is currently out of stock now. We expect it to be available early December. I'm afraid your order will be delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Delivered this morning

It's making sound but heating up very fast how long should I neglect the heat am afraid that it's gona get busted any advice
