Hi,

I have changed my wifi channel to 5.8 by mistake using the DJI GO app but now I cant connect to my mobile device(Samsung Note 3) as it does not support 5.8 channel. In the mobile WiFi settings , it shows OSMO is 'not in range'. I don't have any other mobile device which supports 5.8 channel at the moment. Hence I cannot use the APP for now.  Could you please help me go back to 2.4 wifi channel without using the DJI GO APP? I have already tried the reset step mentioned in the user manual, but it did not work.

Thanks in Advance...

Please try to upgrade the OSMO to the latest firmware . http://www.dji.com/product/osmo/download .
After the upgrade, you can reset the wifi channel to 2.4G by the combination button:  Hold down the Trigger and Shutter button at the same time. Then, pull the power switch down until the System Status Indicator blinks green. Release the power button before releasing the Trigger.
