i would like a return to a past location to retake a photo from the same altitude and heading.   Seems like that would be a standard function.   Create a c1 or C2 trigger to record a waypoint.  What do you think?

There is a feature like this. In way-points mode. you make the route from A to B point where B, set it to hover after  mission complete. Save this route to your favorites.... and get back to the same point whenever you go fly. BTW you can use C1 to record the way point
