I purchased a new P3P from DJI... Got it in my hands and the controller was not working properly. Got a RMA and returned it to DJI. Got detailed instructions in a email which included my RMA and mailing lable. It spoke about proper packaging. Packaged up the controller in bubble wrap and more peanuts. Recieved the controller in a box, with brown paper surrounding it. The controller was placed in the box upside down. As soon as I removed the controller, I was able to see that the arm which holds the mobile device was cracked. Never place a device onto the arm. Never charge the controller... Immediately called DJI and sent in photos. Have not heard anything since. I am trying to be reasonable, but I think I'm starting to lose faith... Patrick, maybe you can provided some guidance? |
