after the upgrade, LED flashing green and red without stopping. It is working with bugs.

Hi, if the left camera status indication led blinks green and red alternately, it means it's upgrading the firmware, please wait for about 20 minutes util the led becomes solid green. You can read the Firmware Upgrade Guide. Here is the link:http://www.dji.com/product/osmo/download
If the upgrade was failed, please send the OSMO_FW_LOG_AB.txt file so I can help you locate the problem. Thanks.
