Randomly my osmo decided to stop working. When I power it on the led lights are not lit up in any way. I can hear the osmo turning on and when it fully powers up there is no movement and no resistance in the gimbal. I can't connect to it on the app and I cannot power it off with the slider. I have to remove the battery. I tried to both upgrade the firmware and restore it to the original firmware. Any help would be awesome. Is there a way to restore the osmo to factory setting? I can't find a way, I feel like this would be the simplest way to fix it.

We will contact with you on Monday . It seems that your  Osmo has some problem.

Please try the following step:
1) Turn the OSMO off(pull out the battery it the power switch doesn't work)
2) Press and hold the trigger and Record button at the same time and then pull down the power switch for a few seconds util the power status led light blinking red and green alternately. Then try to upgrade the firmware, upgrading method and frimware can be downloaded here:http://www.dji.com/product/osmo/download
3) Try to restart the OSMO and see if the problem still exist.
