First of all iwould like to salute you. I´m very gald to be a member of this community.

I have a Phantom 2 visión plus v3 and i have some problems

I can make pictures and videos, but im not able to see the potos and videos in my iPhone 6s.

i found a error that says  COULD NOT CONNECT WITH THE REMOTE ALBUM
A DJI visión folder is created in my pictures section of my iPhone, but is empty

If i connect the card to the computer i can see the pictures correctly

i have all the permisions on in the iPhone

what im doing wrong?

Hi,Miguel
When you say you can take photos and pictures , can you do that by the APP or  the button on the gimbal ?  Please try rebinding your iphone with the aircraft .

hi,i can do it with both, and the pictures go into the card, but only can see it from the computer, i can not see it from the iphone.
how do i rebind the phanton?
i tried to unistall the app and re install with the same result

If rebinding won't solve the problem , check the black ribbon cable on the camera or the grey cable conecting the drone and gimbal .

when the  picture is done, the photo goes to the SDcardbut dont sinchronice with the iphone
