Hi,

Problem upgrading and using the osmo. Tried upgrading 5-6 times with diffrent sd-cards.
Both the camera status indicator and the system status indicator flashes red and green on my osmo.I can connect with wifi, but i cant operate the osmo through the app or with the shutter/record button.
Trigger button doesnt work.

The camera status indicator blinks red and green means it's upgrading, please don't turn it off and wait for about 20 minutes until the led becomes solid green. Hope this file can help you with the upgrade.: How to upgrade firmwarehttp://www.dji.com/product/osmo/download Please try to format the SD card and upgrade again.

Both indicator lights flashes red and green. The left on flashes red/green when I update, I know that.

(I updated my phantom 3 a couple of times, so I am familar with the process)
But the right also flashes red/green, even when i start the osmo without the fw on the sd card.

The right led can also flash red and green during the upgrading process, it's upgrading a certain module. Can you provide the txt and log file of upgrade so that I can locate the failure reason. Thanks!

my osmo was not solid green being upgraded, the battery fully charged.
until the battery runs out does not change to solid green.
why..????

Can you check the txt  file and hidden log file in the sd card? I can help you analysis the problem.

Upgrading means the upgrade process isn't finished, please try to fully charge the battery and upgrade again, you can check the upgrade progress in the DJI GO.

Yesterday, I tried to upgrade four times in a row without success. both lights flash red and green until the battery is empty. I attach two log files that have been generated on two separate SD cards and a short video showing the light flashing on the osmo. I can not shoot with the record button on the osmo or with the iphone or android (I tried both). All buttons except on and off does not work on the Osmo. Should add that the camera worked fine before I started with the update (firmware v1.2.1.60).

Hi, I‘ve checked the txt file you uploaded, all of the upgrade shows upgrading, and the process seems like never finished. Make sure that you've upgrade it for 20 minutes? Please try to export the hidden log file of upgrading (not txt file). Enable the hidden files to be show on your PC, and then you will see the log file in the MISC/LOG.

Try to do the upgrade reset button combination: Hold the record button+trigger and pull down the power button until the right led light blinks green and then let go. After the reset, try to upgrade one more time and please send the log file again. Sorry for the inconvenience, I know it's bothering.

I tried the upgrade reset button combination, but the right led never start flashing green. No one of the led is on while i hold the buttons ,but i can here the fan and the gimball is on. FYI I held the buttons over 1 minute. But I will try to update again. I send the file soon when I'm done.

Hi I seem to be having the same problem, I was on a shoot recently and went to power on my Osmo with it only to not connect to my phone, so I went to upgrade with a series of issues. I'm currently flashing the firmware now and the power indicator on the right is flashing green and red but the left indicator is completely off, any help?
