DJI GO does not recognize the email address

DJI Go app on iPhone 6+ does not recognize name@domain.co.il as a valid email address. On iPad it does recognize it.
When it is .com or .co it works, but when you add .il it does not recognize the email address and the app can't login.
From other posts this issue happened to other users.
Please advise how to solve this problem.

Hello aviv...same with my account. i have reinstalled my dji go app today and the app  regognize my email  name@t-online.de not as a valid emailadress :-(...think it´s because the .de ending??? (ipaid air)
Dji any suggestions?

The same for me with a .co.uk address
Using iPad Mini 3

Works OK with a .com address, but I then have no flight records !

Hello Sir,

you are right. We are expiriencing a bug in the app. This prevents the App from accepting email adresses with "-" or too many "." in it.
Our R&D is aware of that issue already and it will be fixed soon.

This is not a Europe specific issue. I was trying to register on a new iOS device on Sunday Nov 22nd and the same happened to me for several hours. Seems to have resolved for now.

News from DJI:

Hello,

we are sorry, that the update didn´t solve this problem.
The "-" in the email adress is preventing the log-in because of a persisting App bug.

We have to ask you to be patient until the release of the next update.
