I got the edutige ETM 001 plugged into my dji OSMO. It can pick up my voice very clearly but it also picked up a lot of static noises (sounded like a wooden stick hitting on something rapidly).  What can I do? I tried the mic on my iPhone and the audio sound just fine. IMG_4169.JPG

Not sure of the sound you are getting but it could be that the mic is still picking up the fan and motor noise.. Post and example clip..

You could have one or more of several issues? An unshilded cable, bad cable, bad connector and at the extreme a faulty input socket on the OSMO itself. If the audio is fine on the iPhone then I would have to say that you are picking up noise (electrical) from the OSMO. Fan motor itself? Can you try another Mic?

The mic is too near the Osmo hence, picking up all the noise. Here's a good video by Kerry Garrison explaining how  to cut the noise 50%.

your mic still recording those micro-vibration sound from motors. cable for your mic would be able to absorb most of it, and make the sound clear
