Hi all.

I am trying to use the software to manage my Ronin as my phone sucks balls.
That and I forgot my password >.<

I turn the Ronin on, conect the USB then install the software but the software does not register that the Ronin is connected.


Any advise?

I have a shoot coming up and need to fix this issue because I am also havng horizon problems.

Make sure you download the latest ronin assistant software, and if it is the first time to install DJI software, please also download DJI WIN DRIVER
