is Osmo Handle Kit compatible with camera inspire 1?? Or I need to buy Osmo

On DJI store said that I can use inspire 1  Zenmuse X3 camera..

The FW that makes I1 X3 compatible with OSMO is coming in the end of this month. You don't need to buy the whole OSMO if you have the Inspire already

I've ordered the osmo handle without a camera. I ordered it Oct 28th. Will this one be compatible with my X3?

Yes, it's all about the firmware that is coming in the end of this month

I ordered the Handle kit with rods mounts and batteries in mid October. More than 30 days have passed, any hints on when will it start shipping? I want to use it on on 2 December!!!

Mine has been on order for some time as well (handle only setup)... I e-mailed DJI and got a response of looking to ship early Dec. Im assuming it has to do with the fact that we need that Firmware update?
