Its a major camera upgrade and no ESC change it should be a good update. And if there should still be something odd you can rollback BUT KEEP the camera upgrade.

Installed just good - now out to try it

i have try update and it say camera needs upgrade (camera requires upgrade) inspire 1

Is there a new sound on the updating process on the Inspire 1 Pro?

This update will be a good one.

I just opened the zip file and sent it to my sd card. Inserted into X5 and started rc and Inspire Pro. Camera did not move and has been beeping for at least 15 minutes if not longer. Is this normal? Also on my rc it says "aircraft moving" even though it is on my kitchen counter perfectly level. Should this update take this long or did I do something wrong. Just as I finished writing this, a new message appeared, gimbal gyroscope error yet it is STILL beeping. Was I supposed to unzip files? prior I just copied the folder to the sd card and inserted in Inspire.

I am having the same issue .. been 20 minutes and have had 4 inspire 1 startup sounds also go off... stilll getting the dreaded beep,beep,beep,beep.....beep,beep,beep,beep.... not getting a good feeling about this!

Another 5 minutes and it was a success!
I had total faith in DJI's upgrade process...NOT!

not supposed to have the RC on while doing updates to the inspire.

Cover the new " Landing Gear Riser " legs the antenna? I think the Radio Channel Quality is poor after upgraded to X5 . Anyone have the same problem ?

Honestly, only have flown 2 times since the x5 has been installed... and even so, I do not  go all that far from me anymore. not worth the risk. But if I notice a difference, I will update this.
