Hi DJI, do you have plans to allow Panasonic lenses like the Leica 45mm or the Olympus 12-40 f2.8 pro?

Please keep an eye on the DJI website for the lens update.

Those lens are not supported because of the weight. We use the lenses of about 120g.

with the heavy lenses gimbal will mot be balanced and stable anymore

Hoping for an X5 lens pair that will be the equivalent of 17-20mm (35mm equivalent).  24mm just doesn't cut it for my use (Interior Real Estate Photography/Video).  Fingers crossed...

Love the OSMO with the X3 (20mm) but low light footage is marginal.   

There isn't much hope on the UWA side.  Hopefully Panasonic or Olympus release an update with a lightweight UWA zoom.  I read a post where somebody tried out the Olympus 9-18mm, but it was just too heavy since the barrell extends quite a bit.  It's longer at the wide end.  It would definitely be possible to design a light UWA for m4/3rds but nobody has.

I was thinking of trying that lens too, would probably have to counter balance the weight with something on the opposite side of the gimbal. (rim balance weight or something) not the best of things, but if it what we have to do, so be it.

How about the Panasonic Lumix 20mm lens? It weighs 100g and with a ND filter attached it should be around 120g or so... This is a nice lens with good DOF.
