I placed my I1 order on 11/13/14.  Order status still shows "payment success" but not yet shipped.   Very poor customer service.

This mornings email back, don't believe DJI, next month, next week, next few days, yeh right!

We are sorry and yes, you purchased the single remote version.
However, the power cable of the Europe version and North America version are different, the orders from Europe and North America are different . So the stock of the 2 version are different.
So that why maybe some of the customer who are in other region received their product already.
You paid the shipment on November 16th, and we ship the product on the base of the payment date. So we can ship the product in the next few days.

I stay in India and had plans of visiting Singapore / Bali in the month of February.

I placed my order on the 5th of December with Singahobby.com when the 3rd round of pre-orders had started.

I was extremely anxious regarding the delivery of the Inspire 1 as my dealer had informed that they have a lot of pre-orders to be fulfilled before mine and they are not sure how many units DJI will be sending them.

My travel date was on the 8th of Feb. Reading more and more about the shipment updates made me more and more anxious. Yesterday I mailed my dealer asking when was the extra batteries going to be available to which they replied by the end of January. They also informed that my Inspire 1 has been delivered and kept aside till 8th of Feb.

I am extremely overjoyed at the moment but at the same time 1 month away from getting my hands on the inspire 1. I have mailed my dealer asking for the number of controllers delivered with the package and awaiting for the reply.

Just wanted to share this with you guys and I hope people get their inspire asap.

Ordered Nov 19 from B&H and have not heard anything. Placed a new order from Coptershop 10 min ago and I am getting it tomorrow!!!

Can someone tell me if the web price for Inspire 1 must be the same for all dealers in the world or depend of them?

Pricing looks the same to me no matter where you go.

Supplier got Inspire 1 in stock today. I was No. 3 in the queue, they got two drones ... Now they talk about possible four weeks latency again.

I've had my dual controller on order since 2014-11-22 03:27:56 direct with DJI (I know, I was slow off the mark) and was then convinced by a local distributor I should cancel and order from them.  Hmm, ok, I ordered a single controller from them, but didn't cancel with DJI - I figure nothing wrong with a spare.  Paid both with Paypal, so they've got all the money.  No one is prepared to say when either is coming.

please DJI provide some clarity on what is happening with purchases of the inspire.

Been nearly two months since payment was made. How much longer should I wait before thinking this just ain't going to happen.
I would never normally do business this way. This is absolutely ridiculous, come on DJI sort it out.

I also ordered dual remote version on 13.11.2014 direct from DJI, but no sign about shipping jet. I'm not canceling the order, but knowing what's happening would be very nice DJI.
It's very difficult to hear from you, that you will be sending Inspires "order priority", and then people which ordered them later, receiving them before us.
Just an information about approximately (real) shipping date, would be very nice.

Agreed. I ordered on 11-13 2am. Still no shipping confirmation, tracking #, or any type of real timeframe of shipment. Almost 2 months of waiting and nothing yet. They have no idea how to do a pre-order.

Im in Switzerland/Europe. I have order 272, and you got 33128? is that for the country, or is that for whole Order Process beim DJI??? because if its per country...its crazy...it would mean, first day in switzerland, morning, already 272 orders...and in the US 33'128???? if they produce 1000 Units per week, you can imagine how long we have to wait....Im more thinking its worldwide order process, anyway its crazy because first day 33'128??? it means worlwide now probably 100'000 pre-ordered...pre-ordered! multiple by the cost: 3000 USD, then you have pre-order amount 300'000'000 USD wouah

and also not sure if its dual or single...next question???

I ordered on 16th November. I was originally advised it would be sent out in first round. DJI have said yesterday that they are working hard to catch up on delivery of pre-orders and I should receive notification of delivery within the next two weeks.

I talked to the 24/7 support about when mine is shipping they said they could not help me and to email onlinesales@dji.com. I sent two emails to them over the past week and have heard nothing back. I called the LA office and they also said email onlinesales@dji.com. I don't know what else I can do to contact Dji.

Same here. I ordered 11-13.. It's ridiculous that there are sellers online with 10+ stock and we, the one's that pre ordered are still waiting for our drones to ship!! Definitely a last time pre ordering for ne! Might as well wait till it gets released and buy it on amazon!

I'm really considering cancelling the order and buy somewhere else.  Maybe you should too.

The DJI screwup with dual remote orders is really starting to sting. With only one remote shipping the dual remote orders should have had priority. Instead, they seem to be at the very, very bottom of the list.

I saw some people posting on Facebook that they received notice that their second RC had shipped.  Any truth to this?

I question the quality and integrity of DJI and its products an lack of aftersales and pre sales service.
I believe that in North America to sell product here you must meet a minimum set of requirements that I would comfortably say that official government agencys would not tolerate this type of behaviour.
it has become an absolute travesty what has happened here, I am at the mind set that the dissapointments are going to continue....
how would they possibly keep track of all the extra remotes they are going to be required to supply??????
further more shocking but when your company name is being dragged through the mud and your Companys integrity is in constant question, I am surprised that there is no explanation or to reach out to the customers that have helped clearly finance their project.
Inspire 1 maybe be the best thing since sliced bread but it clearly isn't going to be that good with no support no parts no information.

Lol, I didn't even receive the inspire itself. And for now I wouldn't really care that much about the second tx. I'm only gonna use it once I've flown enough to get fully acquainted with the inspire

no they had 12 yesterday i paid in full for mine on 26 nov and just after xmas 13 people had paid in full. i've missed out anyway did you get yours today when did you order/pay?

I ordered on 16th November and paid in full a few days later - looks like you'll be in the same batch as me that's due in next week then.

seems like they fulfilled some pre-orders before some of those who paid in full.
