Ordered an Inpore and 2 batts. Got my tracking number, but shipment details says the box is
15x25x25 cms and weighs 2 kg... Something wrong here?

Again telling me one thing and then doing another, how frustrated am I. This is rubbish 2 months of getting my hopes up, then crushing my feeling. when will I get my order? who knows.

disappointed to read this, and thanks for sharing Owen, I too am waiting for rnd 2 shipment (europe).
I just can't understand how the go ahead was given to send out that email having read the response you were given..

Just got mine in today.

I ordered November 23rd.
It shipped on Monday the 12th and I recovered it This morning

Hello from me too!! I am in Greece i had preordered Inspire 1 on 15 of December , from official dealer in Greece ,. I pay 200 eur for the preorder and the rest money when i receive the inspire 1 , that was the deal!!! And today the dealer inform me that the Inspires is on the way to Greece!!!And i will receive mine in the next 7 days!!! I cant wait!!!
PS. I think that this -to pay 200 euro for preorder and the rest when receive it -will be much much better for dji if they  follow this kind of deal and much honest!!! And i think no unhappy customers!!! anyway hope that everybody else receive their Inspires soon!

received my Inspire 1 with both controllers today. separate box, Ordered 11-13-14 shipped Monday arrived Wednesda1y morn.  Delighted but going to read and download everything before flying.  Very professional look and case is very nice. yowwwwwweee

NOT TRUE   They are identical. I have mine and they are twins. SO be informed not misinformed !

My dual remote order arrived earlier today. I'm really impressed with the build quality. Maiden flight went perfectly. I can't wait to fly again tomorrow!

got a email this morning dual remote has shipped and i came home to 2 batteries this evening. yup christmas came 4 days early

So... I have tried to contact DJI support to find out when my shipment may possibly happen and I have not heard anything back.  It's so frustrating that it sounds like if I ordered from anyone other than DJI then I may be able to actually receive my order pretty quickly.  It would go so far to just offer a possible date range for orders.  I have productions to plan for...

so i was told that there is a workers strike at the big harbor in LA. i wonder if that has anything to do with our delays. anyone know i havent verified if this has been a  issue with dji products

I don't think many/any shipments are via boat.  Mine came via FedEx, from China to Tennessee and then Honolulu.

I'll check in with them again on Monday.

As good as they are being in answering questions, I'm getting a little tired of waiting for something that has been paid in full for two months now.

Just a note, I have an original order that I placed with a dealer a few weeks ago that i am still waiting for. However, I noticed last night on Amazon when looking at the 2 controller system that it said there were 4 available in stock. I contacted the seller and they verified they still had some ready to go. I went ahead and placed my order, got confirmation from seller that payment was received and was emailed a tracking number right away. I was told it should ship out today and tracking will update once its moving. I'm kinda holding my breath on this and half expecting that tracking number to just sit for a while without anything actually shipping, but at the same time the vendor did say they were ready to go, so I will see what happens over the coming days.

Pretty crappy for those still waiting for their direct order if in fact dealers are getting fully stocked supply while original pre-sales straight from the company are still waiting.

Then again, I may not be in any hurry if they don't get out a new iOS version soon, not about to switch back to android for this (personal preference).

Prop locks have not been delivered to dealers yet.

We have plenty of Inspire 1 Single Controller systems in stock and duals coming next week

I'm waiting 4th round to Sweden so hearing 3rd being shipped sounds promising as 4th was estimated to be shipped at end of Jan.

Just have to hope iOS app is also available when finally getting my Inspire as it wouldn't make much sense to buy Android when already owning iPhone 6 & iPad Air

Ordered direct 19 Dec, don't know what round that is but haven't heard a word since about shipment.

19th Dec is 3rd round.
