The thing is, I've already placed an order through DJI. I chatted with one of their representative to confirm availability, they said that it is, so I went for it. 10 days later, I'm still waiting while it is available on B&H. I am in the process of trying to cancel my order and get my money back, no response so far on that matter, it's been 2 days. I just want to get the whole return process completed before B&H runs out of stock. I believe in DJI products but their customer support sucks bad. By the way guys, it's Chinese New Years this weekend, expect further delays since many businesses in China shuts down completely for a few days. |
