New unit 2 days ago.  Flew it and took some still photos.
Stock SD won't come out at all so I tried hooking direct with cable and powering up the DJI.  Computer recognizes the DJI but the device driver would not install.
I have no way of retrieving my pictures.

may be a silly question but iv heard of a guy before with this problem ... are you pushing the sd card so as it pops out ? the last guy I read about was trying to pull it out with tweezers lol ....

In addition to the above post about pushing the card it so it will pop out, where are you plugging in the cable?  A device driver is not needed to get the images from the camera.  But you have to plug in to the usb port on the camera,  not the one on the p3.  In addition,  the p3 must be powered on.

Both Bass and Kneepuck said was right ! By the way , you can also derive your photos from your device but the quality of photo is worse than you get from SD card .
