This issue comes up quite regularly, the message is talking about the overall quality of the radio link, and it is not necessarily a fault, nor is it a software/firmware issue.
The radio channels the Phantom uses are shared with a number of other services in the radio spectrum, most notably WiFi, and if there is a lot of activity in your region then the Phantom control system will try to switch to another channel to avoid conflict. If it cannot find a channel that is free, it will alert you to this fact by bringing up this message.
The most common solution to this is to try flying somewhere else where there is less interference.
