Hello Friends , For the DJI go recognizes my P3Pro As Being the P3ADV ? someone passes WHY ?

     This is highly unusual.  What color are the stripes on the front arms of your P3?  Have you updated any firmware for the P3 or the Remote Control yet?

     Sorry if there was some confusion.  I asked about the color of the stripes to see how deep the problem was.  You would not be asking this question if you did not know the difference.

     What would be helpful is if you could look in the "About" page to see what firmware and DJI Go versions are loaded.  You probably already know how to get to the about page, but just in case:  To get to "About", press "Enter Camera View" as soon as it appears.  The Flight Screen will appear.  (Close the Flight PreCheck page.)  Go straight to the Flight Options icon in the upper right corner.  Open Flight Options.  The first page will have "About" at the bottom.  Open About.

     What are the versions?  We can compare them to what they are supposed to be and that will give us some direction.  Mahalo!

     Did you change the color of the stripes on the P3 in the video?  You must have because I have not seen a P3 Advanced with florescent blue stripes before, but then I do not think I have seen a video or photo of a Phantom 3 Advanced.

     Anyway, try to get us the version numbers in the "About" page so we can help you.  That is weird!

Possibly changing the stripes on the arms transforms the aircraft.  After all,  technology today is amazing. Why, they are even going to do a Human Head transplant to another body within the next 2 years. Imagine that!!

     As far as I can tell, the numbers look good, but my P3P is not acting well for versions and firmware numbers.  For some reason, my P3 indicates I have DJI Go 2.4.1 still and P3 and RC are not much better, so I cannot really comment.

     Are you able to fly?  What video resolutions do you have?  P3P now has 4K and 2K.  If you have 4K, video you have the firmware for a P3P.  I think that is the only real difference.  The P3 Advanced does not have 4K video.  If you cannot get 4K or 2K, then contact DJI and let them know you have a problem.  And then tell them about the Advanced problem when you are communicating with them.

     The image of the About page is a good thing to show.

The problem is that I'm out of the gimbal , broke, so I can not see if the 4K is enabled or not !!

But this flying normally yes

     Oh, yeah, well for what it is worth, they do sell a replacement gimbal and camera.  Well, at least you can keep practicing flying.

I saw your screenshot. You are up to date with the DJI GO app and R/C but your Phantom is on the previous firmware.  The latest is 1.5.30

True! you think this might be the problem? I am unable to update the aircraft because the gimbal broke

How is the gimbal broke, did you have a crash? or you just can't get it working?

It just stopped working

What happens when you power up the aircraft, does the gimbal do anything or does it just sit limp.?

Can you try again updating the firmware to the latest version,. If it does a successful update and the camera still goes limp then I'd say it's in need of repair. But it is strange that it just all of a sudden stopped working.
